What Are These Stretches?

ELDOA exercises create space between the bones in your spine. Think of it as "un-compressing" your back. Developed by Dr. Guy Voyer.

What Does ELDOA Stand For?

It's French for "stretches that create space in your joints." In plain English: gentle positions that decompress your spine and relieve pressure.

How Do They Work?

You hold a specific position for 60 seconds. Your muscles do the work — gently lengthening your spine and creating space where it's compressed.
